Hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics. Selected for WC2026 group-stage matches plus a quarter-final.

GETTING THERE & LOCAL CONDITIONS

Located in downtown Vancouver. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is 25 minutes via SkyTrain. June-July Vancouver weather: mild and partly-cloudy (18-22°C / 65-72°F) with low rainfall in early summer.

Venue Betting Note

Mild Pacific Northwest climate + retractable roof flexibility favours technical football. Vancouver's lower humidity than US East Coast venues benefits possession-based teams.
